IN MEMORY OF MIMI HARRINGTON

Few people in the life and history of the Split Rock Yacht Club so exemplify the values, simple traditions, and vision of our organization than Mimi Harrington whose devotion to the sport of sailing -- and of educating the next generation at any age -- meant so much to building our community.
In her memory the SRYC has created the Mimi Harrington Annual Trophy for the best-of-summer race series.  

During her lifetime, Mimi devoted herself to the simple joy and act of teaching people to sail and to understand and enjoy sailboat racing.  She is lovingly remembered by all those whose lives she touched at the Split Rock Yacht Club.
We extend our deepest sympathies to all of Mimi’s family.
